OOC : Like, a huge part x,D He’s responsible for the mass genocide of the Kurosian race so, YEAH he is very much so. I do have his return roughed out and I hinted how Havok takes him on, but I haven’t finalized it yet. I just know how the fight happens and ends, but not the beginning part 8I
