So glad to hear Kurt’s surgery went without a hitch! If he’s approved for them, there’s no shame in taking whatever painkillers the doc prescribed (just be careful if it’s something like vicadin or any opiates as those are addictive). I did pretty good on high strength Ibuprofen after surgery last year. Best of luck to him in recovery! Please keep us posted. :)

The docs prescribed him some painkillers, but nothing addictive and he’s already eased off them a bit! My mother had a bit of a painkiller problem, so I do remember right after his surgery making sure the drugs they gave him weren’t vivadin X-X’

YEAH they mostly gave him Ibuprofen, like the gooood strong stuff, and he’s easing off them slowly but surely. He is still having strange wrist pain tho, that’s a bit of a concern. Hopefully that’s not another big thing we’ll have to worry about :<
