31. What story gave them nightmares as a child?
I got this ask actually for both Feuriah AND Hiss, so I’ll answer them both in this ask 😀
Feuriah – Feuriah’s nightmares as a child were of her final days in Warfang, as the event itself became a story told over and over all over Kurosia.
Almost always starting with her accidentally killing Amber, her childhood bully. Dreaming of this event, basically! It didn’t end there for her, however. The nightmares would continue of her month long escape from Warfang to Kurosia, being hunted by the Warfang soldiers. Eventually she does make it to Kurosia, and the nightmare jumps to her leading her people to Warfang. Knowing full well, she caused the death of the entire city, her decision to hold onto the grudge ending thousands of lives. The nightmare ends with her killing her father to prove to the Kuros she belongs with them, however her father’s head continues to remind her of the lives she ended. Turning the dragons in the sky, all engulfed in flames screaming, into Kuros. And all around her, Warfang vanishes, and Kurosia takes it’s place, all while her father’s bodyless head cackles.
Hysteria – Hysteria wanted to hear about Malefor the most as a baby. Secretly admiring that such a dragon was able to be so devastating and horrible, able to slaughter an entire city AND put Gods asleep. However, hearing about his end would give her nightmares of her being defeated. Any nightmare of hers ends with her being defeated and forgotten before she could do any damage at all.
