OOC : I actually don’t know SQUAT about DnD *sniffles and hangs head in shame*
I did have a really awesome friend in college who was, and I went to one of his DnD sessions for kicks and was generally interested, but was too busy with college and other things to really delve into it. So honestly, I have no idea what any of the DnD lore or creatures are, other than what the dragons look like ;3;
WYVERNZ: Ladies and gentlemen…. This is Mehp. A kuros of the new craolig breed. She was only six years and lived all by herself in a barrel. She had a broken speech and talkd in the third person. She can be seen in random locations in kurosia. No one knew where she came from or if she had parent or not, But one thing is for certain… Mehp was a weirdo.
THE CRAOLIG WOULD SO HAVE THIS ABILITY LIKE FUCKING INHERENTLY ALL OF THEM NO EXCEPTIONS
-ahem-
Yeah I can totally see Fear Dragons having that, though. Except for Kurogh. SO he has to compensate by being a giant douchebeg.
OOC : Oh yes! Funny thing, that’s pretty much what Kurogh’s attacks are, at least what his ability of Fear does. His “Fear Arrows” aren’t physical, like Feuriah’s fire abilities they’re actually a type of aura magic. For Kurogh, it’s mental. When one of his arrows actually hits a target, it doesn’t pierce the skin and cause bleeding; rather, it brings all of the victim’s fears to the forefront of the mind and intensifies them so greatly that it can cause the victim to become overwhelmed. Therefore, vulnerable to attack, or mentally break them without having to waste energy. The more mentally vulnerable you are, the more effective his attacks are.
Pretty much, Kurogh’s Fear Arrows causes you to have near fatal anxiety/panic attacks so he can sink his teeth and or claws into you. He uses your weaknesses against you, makes you cower before him with your own follies 8D if his arrows weren’t enough, he was still a skilled fighter and strategist; he was not a fun guy to fight.
BUT STILL, Kurogh was a giant, oozing douche-bag for sure. Damn skippy he used his Arrows for laughs too
We have Feathered Kuros tho, the Yinvaht! And hydra Kuros, oooh! Interesting! @pepper-peen-queen, whatchu think gurl?
OOC : YEEE we got the feathers down, but hydra…mmmm, all breeds of Kuros have the ability to have more than one head, multiple wings, it’s rare but no specific breeds has those JUST yet 😀 I have the next breed in mind, and I’m thinkin’ it’ll be the breed Nimsain (the female Kuros Feuriah had to fight to become Queen) is! It’ll be a while before it’s set in stone tho ;u;
I know that Kuros crossbreeds do not mix up usually, but here the gods decided to have fun :3c
– He was found alone, as a whelp, and it’s unknown whether his parents left him or were killed; thus grew up in the orphanage. –
At first some Kuros kids were making fun of him for his unusual
appearance, but unlike [pure] Craoligs, he could fight back, and his paw
hit rather heavily. He preferred some mind-taking games, where one
needed strategy. – Isundr combined the strength of Brokt and mind of
Craolig, and with shadow as his main element he blended with
surroundings easily. – He was a part of army due to his build (maybe as one of advicers/tacticians).
Did he apply for courtship? Maybe, since he wouldn’t mind additional training, but probably never ended up picking a partner. I’d imagine Craolig ladies swarm around though, lmao… like this:
