OOC: sorry if I’m being nosy, but when might you host another Stream?

OOC : No worries hon! Unfortunately, probably not for a while. Work has been absolute chaos, lots of people leaving last minute so there’s literally only 3-4 people working the entire shop during the busiest week. 

It’s not going well x,D I’ve actually worked myself sick, but so has everyone else. The shop is open for one more week, so hopefully it’ll die down soon. The last couple of weeks I’ve only had one day off per week, and those days I use to catch up on sleep and basically recover my energy. I WAS suppost to have more days off this week; that didn’t happen x,D I was even called in on Halloween ;n; 

Maybe in a couple of weeks, I won’t be so tired from work so I can do a stream! I’m even behind on my commissions by like… months now ;n; But with Halloween over, we only have one week left of staying open, then we pack up the whole store. THEN, I’ll finally have days to myself, and be able to stream again ;u;

Are there any spells that can change their secondary colors? Like if Feuriah decided she’d look better Black and Green instead of Black and Purple?

OOC : For temporary things, I dun see why not 😀 but keeping a changed secondary color isn’t as common, I think color scale tattoos might be a thing (using magic to burn colors or markings into scales). But most Kuros are proud of their colors and only get the tattoos, paint themselves, or change colors for events. Those that drain their color are socially reserved for priests and priestesses. 

Odd question for the mod, but is there a Kuros version of Halloween? Like some cultures do have events around Oct 31 and such, and I was wondering if there was an event like it or something.

OOC : You know, I started brainstorming some things, but never set things down in stone. I was really inspired to do something after listening to this. The whole time I listen to this song, I imagine the Kuros draining their colors, putting on the skulls of their fallen family members, painting their scales in the patterns of bones, and running around the city screeching and roaring while dancing to this music. Like a celebration of what they do, the terror they inflict on the ‘lower species’, all the while those that don’t participate in the running of the streets act terrified and mock run in fear. 

I haven’t picked out a name for this festival, but it certainly happens in the month of ‘Halloween’. The celebration would be the whole month where they celebrate the Darkness, but the final night would be the running in the streets.

Did Kurogh show mercy to those who challenged him for the position of King or Queen?

ahahahAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAoh god no he was a dick. He wanted to stay king and in his mind, verified killing his opponents as a sign that they were weak and deserved death by his fangs. He thought of it as an honor to be killed by him, as being spared was incredibly insulting and shameful (to him). You’re not suppost to AIM to kill, but fight with everything you have and if you defeat the other, going in for the kill isn’t the okay thing to do. That just wasn’t how Kurogh saw it.
