Aurora : I don’t know much about them, but from what they told me, they were a secretive band of werebeasts that had dedicated their lives to hunting the Yehkshire. 

I only met three of them, but there were many many more in their pack. They were led by a werehyena named Nikolios, his mate December, and their rather rude and aggressive beta Rashida. I liked Niko, he was serious when he needed to be, but he at least smiled and was friendly toward me. December was cold… no pun intended. I tried to visit her dreams but all I ever saw was cages, blackness, and wolves fighting. Rashida… I could never go near, even in dreams. It was like she hated everything, like she was always angry. 

Niko’s family had been hunting Yahvii for generations. His bloodline had been chosen to take on the task of slaying Yahvii, as each clan of these hunters apparently were given specific ‘head yehkshire’ to kill. Niko’s family had been killed by Yahvii, leaving him as the last of his bloodline. So he went out and found werewolves to join him in his purpose. 

That’s all that he told me… December refused to tell me anything of where she originated, and Rashida only bit at me. They didn’t care about me or my Mistress, Niko was nice but… he didn’t care about Warfang or the fate of dragons. They just wanted to kill Yahvii, or any other Yehkshire and her eggs. I had tried to get them to join my Mistress’ cause for the special egg, but they swore they’d destroy the nest once they found it. So it was up to me to save the special egg.

Is it me, or does the yehksire’s dragon skin look sort of like Nydia..? I recall you putting a description on a piece on dA where it said Acerbus still loved Nydia. Did Yahvii turn into Nydia on purpose or was that an unintentional resemblance on your part? xD;

OOC : bingo! Yahvii picked Acerbus out as her prey and saw he was still attracted to Nydia, so she picked the form of a fire dragoness who looked eerily similar to her. Good eye anon ;D

OOC : I’ve had this character for years, after buying a pre-made fursuit partial. I tried giving her a story but it never really panned out, until I started thinking of ways of including her into lore I already had. When I tried to think of ways of including her in FD, her becoming a dream spirit seemed to fit the most! She’s mostly canon for FD, so she has kind of little purpose for Weirdlanders, but who knows she may grow a presence! 😀

??? : The one called “Yahvii”, yes. She was given purpose, but it was for her own kind, not for Warfang. My mistress hoped that the special egg would see beyond that, but the living ruined it. I do not know what happened to Yahvii after the hunters found her nest, if the hunters succeeded in slaying her, or if she escaped and rejoined the other Yehkshire in that Veil. 

How do you decide which of your art you post on DA and which you don’t?

OOC : Depends on how messy it is. I don’t like posting ‘doodles’ on dA for some reason, if I do I tend to get annoyed by them and remove them later. I try to make some of them presentable for me TO post on dA, but artistic muses can be so fickle. Even if the story of the pic is more important than the actual art, I just don’t want to. I guess I feel like tumblr is for messy doodles, while dA is where I post more finalized stuff. 

What’s your preferred way of rping with people and what do you usually rp the most?

OOC : Honestly, nowadays, I only rp with one person consistently. @askgrimcreeper and I do mostly AU rps to experiment with characters, plotlines, etc. and that usually transfers onto Weirdlanders (the canon stuff, anyway! And that’s also why there’s so many AU plots as well). I also take brand new characters I’ve made and rp them out with her to get a grasp on their personality and whatnot. Or, if I just have a plot idea and want to develop it, we RP it out. Vise versa for her too! 

However I also chat with @spookoofins a bunch about Kuros and characters, we just don’t RP. She’s helped me out and has been super honest, and jebbles her ideas and writing has been an inspiration to a LOT of how the Kuros talk and stoof. I’ve RPed with a handful of other peeps, and they’re all amazing, but I’m very sparratic with availability so I usually just chat with Koof, and RP with Lizzy. 

I’m what you’d call like, a paragraph RPer, I describe environments, what the character things, feels, and go into details to the point I usually leave 2-4 paragraphs x,D

??? – Such a desperate dragon, that Acerbus was. So desperate he didn’t see the signs, not until it was too late. He was a lucky guy though, hunters came and chased the demon god thing away before it ate him. He didn’t tell a soul, his shame was too great, and the hunters left without a word. They were not of Warfang. But the experience reminded him of the stories that were once thought to be myth, so in the back of his mind, he knew. 

Also, my Mistress told me to retrieve the special egg out of the evil clutch. So I did, and I put it in Warfang. Mistress saw nothing in Acerbus, but I tried to tell him. He just didn’t want to listen. He didn’t want it. The living are so… weird.

I am sad that the special egg made the poor choice. It was such a special little egg… the living ruined it’s purpose, but maybe it can still be of help. No matter how much the living tainted the special egg, they could not ruin her heart. There is still hope, maybe not for Warfang, but for the balance.
