Lol it’s okay, I shall try to clear things up! The original concept was very vague, so maybe this may make things easier!

Most regular citizens actually do not breed, instead they help orphanages or other Kuros to raise young. Breeding is usually granted to those that have proven their strength in fights, or some can be granted contracts for political purposes, or can be rewards for deeds. The rewarded breeding contracts can only be given by the King/Queen, or the Mahourian Brothers and Sisters. 

Regular citizens wanting their own offspring usually gain breeding contracts via the Mahourian temples. The priests and priestesses are the ones that decide wether the Kuros is worthy of producing offspring. Those that are very loyal to the people, are active in war efforts in some way (making armor, participating in war strategy, are doctors/nurses, etc), are often granted breeding rights, but rarely with other warriors and often it’s of the same breed. These kinds of contracts aren’t really seen as honorable all that much, but simply a means of having blood-related offspring. The contracts won in tournaments are much more celebrated.

Lost Queen : I am a “Shire”, as my markings have kuronium growths surrounding them. This is something only other Shire and Seuth’s can have. Cynder and Kurogh are/were also Shires. Voteil takes on the appearance of a Shire, but given his unique blood type and abilities, he is Seuth. I’ve gone into detail a few times as seen here.

I don’t even mind other people making Kuros adopts. Or make fan breeds, etc! Though all I ask is that the designs not be sold for profit.

Lost Queen : Hrm… isn’t that the name of that statue in the Dragon Islands? I don’t recall meeting any “Vathek”

Lost Queen : I doubt they would approve, they wouldn’t approve of love in any way, shape, or form.

But, given the circumstances, if they were still around today, they’d have bigger problems than me falling in love with a human and having his offspring. Or, if my people even survived The Fall, I wouldn’t have even allied myself with Kaos in the first place. As a ‘what if’, if my people from the past saw a glimpse of my future like this, I’m very sure they’d support the punishment of myself, Kaos, and possibly even my children being executed. Havok and Hysteria could be spared if they swore off loyalty to me and their father and promised themselves to the people. Of course, to prove that, they’d have to be the ones to carry out the execution. 

My people were not merciful with the aspect of love. It was one of the reasons why I was so reluctant when I first realized I was falling in love with Kaos. The fact I admitted my love and carried on breeding with him despite me never fighting him in the ways of our culture, I would not only be considered a danger to my people, but I would need to pay the ultimate price for willingly letting the poison corrupt my mind.

I still believe that if I hadn’t fallen in love with Kaos, I would not be as sane as I am now. Kaos is not the best mate, but without him and my children, I would not have been strong enough to start to heal from The Fall. I would not have met the Doom Raiders, like Jack, who have also given me strength.

Maybe one day my people will come back, and when our Gods awaken, I will face the consequences of my choices.
