Do Kuros have black flesh/meat? In Havok’s sheet it looks like he does.

Havok’s reference REALLY needs an upgrading, as his design changed up a bit since then. But I’m real bad with references of important characters like that 8) Especially someone as detailed as that asshat.

Kuros typically have reddish meat, but it can change color in parts. For example, the Lost Queen’s tongue is purple as are her gums, but most of the muscle/blood she has is red. Havok’s insides are naturally colored 😀 bits of his skin are black or darker colored, but it’s more of his dragon flesh meshing with his human skin causing discoloration like on his arms and midsection.

Hi Mrs. Weird! How was you and your husband’s christmas? Did you have a happy new year’s day?

Ayo hon!

It was pretty chill, actually! Unfortunately my husband’s side has gotten worse, but we may be linking it to gullbladder issues, where the stones are too small to be picked up on ultrasound. We’re trying a cleansing to see if that helps, but if not, it’s another trip to the doctor @-@

But I hope everyone had a really noice chrimmus and great start to the new year 😀

What Element is Roundup?

Just answering these both at the same time XuX

I unfortunately haven’t thought much about Roundup, poor gal. I have a rough idea for her design due to the comic page (that I can’t seem to find anymore 😦 ), and I think for her element I had planned that she’d be earth element. And her real first name would be Bonnie, a nod to Bonnie Macfarlane from Red Dead Redemption, and because that’s my gramma’s first name and she used to really like cows x,D

I had thought of that given they were actually cow-people and it fits with her theme, but that’s still up for debate since I haven’t really had the motivation to think Roundup out x-x

Got any tips on drawing humanoids?

Like with everything I draw/do, FAKE IT TILL YA MAKE IT 8,D

Honestly I’m struggling a LOT to get back into drawing humans. Dragons are a million times easier for me to draw and I still struggle with them, but if all else fails there are a couple blogs I frequent for references. It’s the same ones I usually mention but I’ll happily link them again in case they are of help. Artist-Refs as a HUGE section for humans and specific parts, and Fucktonofanatomyrefsreborn is all about human anatomy.

Just practice over and over and over again, best way to git gud at art as a whole 🙂
