THIS WAS TIME CONSUMING AS ALL HELL but it was fun 😀 

I kind of dipped a little into what un-spyroized Kurosians would look like in this post a while ago, but I couldn’t resist trying a pre-spyoized char as an original Kuros. Voteil was a fun go! He still looks a bit more cartoony, but he’s still a bab so he’d have those big cute eyes we all love ❤ Though, he probably wouldn’t be very tiny; maybe a size of a regular horse. 

As for an original story, I never really worked one out. There wouldn’t be a purple dragon cuz that’s LoS’s thing. When I think Kurosia, I just think of the world, the culture, I haven’t taken the time to really make original Kurosia it’s own solid thing. But I am getting closer to that, as so much of the Spyro/Skylanders canon lore is less and less appealing to me. Weirdlanders is what Kurosia would be like thrusted into the Skylander world, changing a lot of the canon so things would be more seamless, but that is proving harder to do.

But if I did a story, I think Feuriah would still be in it, her story being fairly the same. Voteil would play a big part too, and I’d like for there to be a Cynder, but of course she is a copyrighted character and would have to be changed. I think it would be about the Fall of Kurosia, and the journey it would take to rebuild it. How losing control of evils and darkness weighs the entire world down, effecting all beings and creatures. Feuriah’s grief and need for revenge would possibly make her an untamed villain making things worse, and it’s up to ‘Cynder’ and a band of other creatures to make it to Kurosia, wake the Gods, and bring back the Kuros.

Can we also have a full body sketch ref of that hellish see goddess?

Araudan? There aren’t any depictions of her end; that’s a running theme with a lot of the gods, like Mahoura.

Briethonakt doesn’t even have a true depiction because nobody has ever seen him; only those that are about to die to him see him.

I kinda like that some of the Gods just DON’T have full refs, you know how sometimes what you can’t see is more terrifying, the fear of the unknown and all that. That’s pretty much her theme too; she loves causing fear and will do what she can to be as freaky as she possibly can. Araudan has a common upper design, but no full design because honestly the scariest thing I saw while doing research for her are the creatures you DON’T see the end of O-O’’’ NO THANK YOU DEEP SEA NUH UH NOPE NOPPER NO

Thank YOU so much for making her, for following me, for even liking the poops that is my work. I don’t consider my work that great, I still have SO much to learn and my mistakes/inabilities are overwhelming a lot of the time. It’s so easy to let yourself be the worst critic for yourself, but it’s people like you that remind me that I am doing something worthwhile. That my work is positive and is worth working harder at.

 Abilities: Ice Scales: Covers his entire body in a light but strong coat of ice for extra protection and other uses, Shard Shower: Calls down a shower of strong and sharp ice spikes, Subconscious Blizzard Fury: as the name suggests when Vactus gets angry to the breaking point (which is rare) a blizzard forms around him somehow without him knowing when it dispels it leaves the ground frozen for quite a long time.

Backstory: Vactus wasn’t always the best example of a soldier but he tried to put a smile on his squads faces. His father however didn’t approve and wanted him to be a captain just like his brother but his brother told him “Don’t listen to father dear brother just be yourself no matter what and love your kingdom that’s all the world asks for and besides…I’m not perfect like you think I am”. With renewed strength Vactus trained to become a Scout for the army and was actually well suited for it. All Scout teams were in pairs of 2-3 members Vactus was paired with a female who he bonded with on many missions and hangouts but after quite some time he received a message from a Mahourian Priestess summoning him to the temple. When he arrived his partner was there saying she wanted a breeding contract with him after consulting his brother for advice Vactus agreed to the contract and the two had one egg together…that’s when things went for worse. A few months pass when Vactus is called upon a urgent recon mission quite far bidding his mate and family farewell he sets off. Some weeks pass and Vactus grows suspicious when he doesn’t receive an update or orders from his superiors he ponders carefully and decides to head back to Kurosia only to stop at the gate to hear…..nothing. Not a sound or cry to be heard, Vactus relies on his training and slowly makes his way past the gate only to stop again to see something in the distance something…shady…something…empty a floating Kuro skull slowly coming his way and when Vactus looked at it’s eyes it let out the most horrifying sound he heard a scream so eerie he stood as if petrified until he felt a warm touch on his shoulder and a familiar guiding voice shouting “RUN BROTHER RUN!!“ with that he fled and flew as far away as possible from the lost kingdom into the Skylands where he spent years in isolation grieving at the realization that his brother, partner/mate, and egg are dead. After decades pass living in the corners of the Skylands Vactus hears rumors of a dragon with black scales calling herself The Lost Queen he sets out in search of her. Upon his searching he’s ambushed by a squad of Skylanders accusing him of being a minion of the Lost Queen. They fight but Vactus having not fought in a while and outnumbered is pushed back to the point his blizzard ability starts when a blast of purple fire strike back the Skylanders they retreat and Vactus gazes with eyes filled with renewed hope upon his savior…his Queen…his new home…and hopefully his new family. 

Long story whew boy I love making them hope you like it Weird. 

First things first; Danny DeVito dragon is already a win. I already love him and I want to protect him.

But beyond that, I LOVE his story! Poor bab to lose his family, but I love that he still has hope for a future in the end ;u; I adore him hon, thank you SO very much for putting so much thought and awesome into him!!!

So I’ve been a follower for years yet i love everything about The Kuros and one day at work i was drawing and…well this happened XD.

Her name is Helya (hell-ah) and as for back story, she wants to be a member of the royal guards and serve her king and queen to the fullest.
