For mun: Do the family gargoyles resemble the ones from Dark Souls 1 and 2. And for example I want to ring a bell and they’re in the way, would I get to use they’re tails like weapons if I cut them off.

OOC : Lol naaah, the kurosian gargoyles were more used like diaries or places to dip memories/information into for later recollection. They were made to be nearly indestructible to keep the information safe. They have no souls and act almost robotic, though the more info is sunk into a kurosian gargoyle, the more ‘alive’ it acts. If a single Kuros uses a gargoyle, in time it will eventually take on some of their personal quirks (the way they talk, punctuate, articulate, etc.). Though no matter how lively it acts, a kurosian gargoyle never questions it’s existence or believes itself alive/or to be the Kuros that owns it.

THOUGH I suppose if you are able to chop off a tail you could use it as a weapon, the rock is enforced with kurosian magics to harden so it’s purdy good for a weapon xD

New Animated Television Series “Skylanders Academy” to Debut on Netflix

Santa Monica, Calif. – Activision Blizzard, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) announced that “Skylanders Academy,” the first production by Activision Blizzard Studios-its newly-created television and film studio-will premiere in Fall 2016 on Netflix, the world’s leading internet television network.

“Over the last five years, millions of families around the world have welcomed Skylanders characters into their homes. Now, they’ll be able to watch their favorite characters come to life on Netflix,” said Bobby Kotick, Chief Executive Officer of Activision Blizzard. “We couldn’t have found a better home for ‘Skylanders Academy’ and look forward to sharing our extraordinary characters with Netflix audiences around the world.”

The series follows the heroic adventures of the Skylanders team, a group of heroes with unique elemental skills and personalities who travel the vast Skylands universe, protecting it from evil-doers and showing the next wave of Academy cadets how to do things the “Skylander way.” Created by Toys For Bob, the $3 billion Skylanders franchise has sold through more than 250 million toys since pioneering the toys-to-life category in 2011, and earlier this month Activision revealed Skylanders Imaginators, the latest innovation in the franchise.

“’Skylanders Academy’ gives us the opportunity to approach narrative storytelling with the same level of quality and excellence that millions of Skylanders fans have come to expect from the game,” said Activision Blizzard Studios Co-President Stacey Sher. “We’re inspired by our fans’ excitement for these characters and have worked hard to bring these characters to life with stories our fans will love.”

Activision Blizzard launched its studio last year to create original content based on the company’s intellectual property, and “Skylanders Academy” is the first production by Sher and studio Co-President Nick van Dyk. The two-season Netflix partnership is another important step in Activision Blizzard’s strategy of enhancing its franchises and broadening their appeal.

Produced under the supervision of showrunner Eric Rogers (“Futurama”), “Skylanders Academy” features the voices of Justin Long (“Alvin and the Chipmunks,” “Ask Me Anything”) as Spyro, Ashley Tisdale (“Phineas and Ferb,” “High School Musical”) as Stealth Elf, Jonathan Banks (“Breaking Bad,” “Better Call Saul”) as Eruptor and Norm MacDonald (“Saturday Night Live”) as Glumshanks. Additional voice talent includes The Diamond Minecart, Susan Sarandon, Daniel Wu, Parker Posey, James Hetfield, Catherine O’Hara, Bobcat Goldthwait, Chris Diamantopoulos, Jonny Rees, Harland Williams and Richard Horvitz.

Sher and van Dyk are joined by Sander Schwartz, the Emmy award-winning producer of animated hits including “The Batman,” “The Aquabats! Super Show!” and “Justice League: The New Frontier,” as the show’s executive producers. “Skylanders Academy” is animated by the internationally acclaimed TeamTO studio in France.

I know you aren’t taking commissions at the time, but I have a question for when you do. If I want a colored picture of a dragon, with no background just an image of my dragon standing there, like the sort of art you did for the Craolig ref, which type of commission would you recommend?

OOC : I’m kinda iffy with commissions at this time. I’m not technically open, but I accept one at a time depending on the complexity and the client. I like doing my own thing for now, so I don’t plan on taking on a bunch at a time. Just because with commissions, I give them my all. I draw the best I can, I ink the best I can, and I shade the best I can, whereas my personal work I’m sloppy and I don’t care xD That takes a lot of mental energy, and with me working, I defo can’t have many goin on xnx’

The Crolig ref is a flat-colored reference sheet, which I’m very picky with taking ref sheets on. But if you didn’t need a backshot, that’s just a typical character art 😀 Like I said all prices and types are located on my website!

For OOC, is Freja’s greatest fear that one day she turns the corner and sees Ashen Knight Boyd. It probably is, have seen you what that they can do when he/she fights Freja.

OOC : The Weirdlanders Freja is more afraid of rejection and being alone the rest of her life xD she doesn’t act much like the real Freja, she was originally just a funny cameo. She’d probably offer Boyd tea, think to herself that she’s coming on too strong, get embarrassed and run away.
