Wait so- Nimsain was fighting to become queen and failed, so Feuriah became queen in her defeat. What came of Nimsain? Was her honor destroyed?

Nimsain exhausted herself past her limit, and died trying to beat Feuriah. It’s quite common to happen during these fights, although the goal isn’t to kill the other, many die giving it their all. Quitting a fight isn’t illegal, but could shame the loser can feel could also drive them to die in battle. Dying in battle is more honorable than losing and walking away, and in Nimsain’s case, she was also trying to be the first Urlathei Queen. Her shame would have been too great to her.

Kurogh’s just a stubborn asshorn 8,D he was the greatest warlord at that time, so his determination was oddly enthused unlike usual. Kurogh kept passing out 8,D

Whatever happened to the Chroma as a whole after the fall of Warfang? Did their society fall apart with the loss of their capitol?

theshimmeringisles:

MOD: There’s some plans for story-telling purposes later on down the line that makes it so I can’t get super into detail, but here’s a few things that I can say:

  • Warfang’s own ‘fall’ won’t be due to the Kuros. Their fall from grace has been happening slowly but steadily over time.
  • Likely when Warfang is ‘rebuilt,’ it won’t be anything like what it was. The Chroma will learn.
  • I know I make it seem like I dislike the Chroma, and while I do place a lot of my own distaste for thoughts of the American Dream/society/status of things in the US in the Chroma, I do have plans that will see them grow as a people. (If only Americans could! C’est la vie.)
  • Warfang isn’t the only place that has large concentrations of Chroma. It wasn’t until Warfang’s founding that such a large concentration of mixed Elements came together, but afterwards much if not all of the smaller villages became a mixed community save for places where wild magic specific to elements that could ‘control’ it. (Such as Ice Chroma being the largest population in the frozen northern regions of the Realms, etc)

in the weirdlanders universe; would spyro and cynder be in a relationship? would they have chileren? if so, what do you think they would look like? what’s your opinion on the spyro x cynder ship anyways?

Actually in Weirdlanders, nope they aren’t together! I can’t remember if they were a thing at some point or not x_x’

Cynder always felt like she had bigger things to worry about to me. A dragoness who’d rather get personal things dealt with before thinking of romance. Spyro doesn’t have a mate (Cynder was an option but feelings weren’t replicated, I think?), instead he acts as Eon-in-training pretty much, commanding the Skylanders alongside Eon’s spirit. No wee babs for him yet! Too busy trying to keep our lovable villains at bay xD

But good ol’ Cynder, she is paired with Pop Thorn in the WL canon! It was more spur of the moment ‘crack ship’ kinda attitude at first but it grew on me x,D Cynder is trying to find a way to make peace between the Skylanders and the Evil Empire, and that doesn’t make her very popular among the Skylanders. Especially when her mother and her half siblings kill more and more Skylanders and innocents, she becomes more of a hermit although still respected enough for choosing the Skylanders over her mother. Pop Thorn is one of the few that completely ignores it and sticks by her, believing in her dream of peace.

Thoooough if I would have paired Cynder later, I might have paired her with Blackout. Blackout has a really big role with Kurosia later in the arcs, for now he keeps his curiosity to himself whereas Cynder’s very vocal. They end up working a lot together, but will probably keep that they stay friends. Blackout’s species is a kuronium-less decedent species that were only meant to exist in another realm, which he didn’t know about, so he’s purdy darn curious. They’re both Kuros-related dragons of a species in desperate need of help before extinction, torn by moral code or for the greater good of all.

TL;DR SpyroxCynder’s not my pick, but I appreciate it for those that do like it! Spyro has no mate in WL, Cynder’s mated to Pop Thorn, and they did have eggs at one point, but as of now it’s not canon yet ;3
