remember weird you’ve got thousands of fans and you and your husband have the support of each one here’s to his surgery going well

Thank you very much hon, I wish I was better with expressing my gratitude with words or somethin’ lol, but I appreciate every single one of you. Thank you, very much, for all of your patience over the past 6 months. This has been stressful, some of the most stress both of us have ever been through. It’s been an eye opener but we’re grateful for all of your support. ❤

Tomorrows the day

It took a long time, but we finally heard back from the surgeon and they told my husband that he’d have to wait almost two months to get surgery done. Which, is ridiculous. Kurt ended up contacting a website that helps find surgeons and gives accurate price estimates, and they connected Kurt to another surgeon that his GI actually mentioned in the top three to go to. The surgeon called him and put him on the emergency listing (he’s been experiencing more pains in his side) and they were able to fit him in tomorrow!

Thankfully this is a very common procedure so he won’t have to stay in the hospital for too long. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that this fixes everything, and after half a year of this we can finally go back to normal.

Thank you all for your patience and support!

Any plans for April Fools? lololololol

NNNNNNNNNOPE lol, I’m a party pooper and hate April Fool’s day, for the most part. I love a good funny when it’s at nobodies expense, like with what Flight Rising did, but personally I had no plans/didn’t have the time to draw up somethin’ for the blog x3x

I’m not big on a lot of holidays or anything, hell my husband and I had our fourth wedding anniversary a couple days ago AND WE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW X,D There hasn’t been one year we’ve remembered our own anniversary, though with kurt still sick (no surgery date yet) it’s not like we could go out for dinner anyway.

BUT I do hope everyone had a good April Fools day!

Are dragon deities Dragons which are Deities, or Deities in Draconic Form?

There are deities and gods that aren’t dragons, but may have dragon forms or dragon pets/avatars. Like there are forest gods and spirits that are more deer or fairy like, while there can also be a forest god that is a dragon. There are many gods and deities, like there are lots of water gods along with Araudan, all worshiped by different species in different realms and regions. They’re usually all kin of some kind, under the umbrella of their element.

I uh, hope that makes sense ahahhaa

Can we hear a bit more about the Original Kuros Lore, specifically the world they live in? What other dragons are there? How do magic/the elements work? What other species? Etc.

Aahahaha sure! At least, the stuff I kinda think about. I keep lil notes here and there to put into the Kuros blog so most of it is very scattered, random, and not well developed. But I have been thinking about it more, eventually I would like to finish that blog and have it up ^u^ I just apologize if it’s a little hard to follow, with this I do have a bit of a hard time explaining what I envision and most of the time, I can’t really draw it out either as most of it is out of my abilities for now.

The world itself is larger than life in feeling. Humans feel almost like ants among it. You know in James Cameron’s Avatar, how that world just feels so big and dense? That’s kind of how that world feels. It doesn’t have a name yet, but humans are one of the most rare after the Kuros banished and killed most of them. They live in small, expertly hidden villages and kingdoms, and have to ally themselves with other species like the Kuros to survive in this world. And there are worlds within worlds, cities hidden in the reflection of lakes (inspired by a boss fight from Dark Souls), teeny tiny little worlds for bug sized faries, etc.

There are unicorns, griffons, nagas, giants, dwarfs, fauns, harpies, orcs, pegasus, elves, faries, werewolves (and or were-creatures), spirits, demons, deities, the list can go on. All of that fantasy jazz, each with a culture and place of their own. Almost all humans can use magic, given that this world is so populated with dangerous creatures it’s more of a means of survival.

Above all the creatures, dragons are most revered. They are seen as the creatures responsible for most creation, and or they’re the ultimate masters of magic and elements. There are lesser, simpler dragons too, some that even align themselves with humans and are ridden by them.

I don’t wanna prattle on for TOO long but that’s pretty much what’s in me head 8D I do wanna organize my thoughts more and I plan to whenever I can.

You said the capitol city of Kurosia was made/built for dragons and that it was HUGE like BONZAGA HUGE, if the city was that big how tall are the Kuros compared to us humans?

(( Pictured above is the Anciant Dragon from Dark Souls 2 ))

That’s the basic size of what an original, non-Spyro/Sklanderized Kuros would be, like the Shire/Yinvaht size. Brokt of course are bigger and bulkier while Fiosioc and Allus are smaller than that, but that’s the most relative size. The way the city is built is accustomed to their size and anatomy for the most part, BUT there are common areas built smaller for species, smaller passageways for servants/slaves to use, etc. But even for the smaller species, humans are some of the smallest and definitely aren’t that welcomed in Kurosia. So, those smaller spaces would still be large and overwhelming for a human to traverse.

Most humans were banished from the world original Kurosia is based in, but there’s still a few about, they’re just more rare. The ones that can be in Kurosia are usually dark wizards/warlocks, or some dragons keep maidans as slaves to help them clean their scales, sing to them, and tend to the little needs they’d rather not do themselves. This is usually left for the naga servants or other species sworn to serve them, but Kuros with more status sometimes will have a beautiful human maidan.
