Though I’m a lil late for the hype, I thought I’d make a Kuros as well. c: I hope you like him.

Element: Lightning and wind (though wind is rarely used)

Physical appearance
Furio is bulky and muscular. Being a Brokt, it’s to be expected, but he does train everyday in order to stay in shape.
His headcrest/fins are movable and react to his emotions. When calm and sad, the fin with hang low, almost flat against his neck. When feeling joy, anger or curiousity, the fin stands up, stretching the membrane to its fullest.

Short backstory
Furio was part of an army of soldiers, mixed of different dragon races, who fought against evil-doers to protect their village. The soldiers always fended off the intruders and kept the village safe, til Malefor’s goons attacked. They were stronger than the soldiers thought and where forced to flee and leave the village, though Furio got cocky from all their victories and were sure he could take them. A mistake he had to pay for.
In the fight with the apes, his wings got injured so badly, they went limb and refused to move, when he tried to flee by flight. He ended up having to outrun the apes, as to not pay with his life instead.
He found his way back to his villagefolks and had a druid look at his wings. Sadly, they were not savable. Furio told the druid to just get rid of him. What use were the wings, if they were to never take flight nor even move ever again.
Though it was a painful operation to go through, he got them removed. Forever stained with the scars on his back. Shortly after, he decided to retire from the army. He saw no use for him in it or the village anymore and left.

Name: Oleiandre Neimhe

Nickname: Spiderwing

Element: Lightning

Breed: Allus

Story: Oleiandre, while not really bad, is a snarky and sarcastic individual.  He doesn’t like being alone and has a hard time getting along with the other Kuros in the group due to the fact he can be a bit clingy.  He’s pretty chatty and can be loud, but somehow is good friends with Balur, giving the Brokt some affectionate teasing every so often.  While he was not one of the Kuros created in a test tube, Oleiandre’s egg was found by the Arkeyans.  His father, an unknown survivor of the Fall of Kurosia, had been killed defending his mate and egg by the same Arkeyans that ran the operation and stole the egg from Oleiandre’s mother.  He was freed the same way the others were, and followed the Seuth until they arrive in Kurosia.  While he is bitter for being left in the hands of the Arkeyans, Chonaic reminds Oleiandre that his mother loved him.  Kuros or not, Oleiandre’s mother would love him to the end of time.
While he doesn’t show it, Oleiandre secretly hopes to meet his mother and form some sort of bond with her.

Oleiandre is also disfigured; His wings have no membranes which render him completely flightless and one of his back legs is too long so he walks with a limp

Sabir’s skills and abilities:

Sabir is a master of her element and of her body. Both of which is devastation perfected. From her claws, to her tail, to her fangs all are weapons that know no mercy. Years of war, fire, and blood has bore a Kuro that is a machine of death. Any who fight her better be ready to take their life in their own hands.

Strength tested and true, befiting a Brokt like herself. Little to say she could move a mountian. (if only for a time)

Experince a hundred times than most Skylanders. Has fought many a beast and won. Would make a youth feel like she could read minds.(Not that they would get much time to think about it)

Armor is the heaviest of the Kuro’s make. The dragon wearing it is more likely to give out then this piece of forged darkness. 

Attacks/Defense:

Kill Grab: Don’t get caught what ever you do. Sabir lashes out with her wing talons and grabs prey. The next destination is her mouth. If nothing stops her, their skull will be crushed. Night, night kiddo. 

Pain Train: Runs forward with startling speed. Lucky, it mostly goes straight. After and if landing a hit can be followed up with another attack. 

Ground Pound: Landing attack out of flying. Would break the back of anyone it landed on and has a added effect stunning enemies too close. 

Fury(Fissure): With a thunderous roar the ground opens up with enough force to cause a down draft. Should have a windup.

Weaknesses: 

Most of her attacks are close ranged and physical.

Slow swings after big attacks. 

One could say her children (but their pretty strong too)

Responds to insults ( They have to be good, and may have mixed results)

A Yinvaht with titanium bones, Z actually is a hybrid that was a result of a recent pact between a deep sea city. As per norm with pacts with the Kuros, a Kuros and a member of royalty of the other people must wed. The result was sea beasts who helped prove resources for them and Z.

While Z is pretty big for a Yinvaht, he is still considered small and is a loud cocky dude who really is isn’t that brave despite him talking big. While he loves learning things and have lived in the Capital of the Kuros all his life he really doesn’t care for the whole ‘war, darkness, TERROR’ thing and just likes to chill and play games.

His current fave is Sunset Overdrive.

V is a strange Brokt, with white Kuronium it is thought they are a cursed or an ill omen. While this causes some to shun the dragon, V hasn’t been bothered by it since becoming friends with GRUMP [aka Z

They rarly truly speak, often going ‘hmmm’ ‘merrr’ and other various noises, and when they speak its normally one word sentences. The most words they have ever spoken is a 3 word sentence.

They love tea and peaceful games, and was a miner and blacksmith in training.

Introverted at first but emotive once you get to know her. Echo is often seen alone and caught wandering around Kurosia during the evenings. She often stuggles to communicate with other Kuros mainly because she thinks that they’d make fun of the fact that she was born wingless. 

Trivia

  • Echo was hatched early and was unable to develop wings before hatching. But during her life time of being wingless she has grown to be a rather fast and agile runner on land.
  • She has a habit of staring at other Kuros, mainly their wings, and is easily fascinated by them.
  • She also has a habit of “collecting” shiny items of items of some value (e.g. Jewellry, books, etc) and tends to add them to her hoard.
  • Is more comfortable around children and will approach them, play with them and teach them new things when she can.

Wyvernz: This is my final(At least for awhile) Kuros OC. This is Taryn. Mate and secret lover of Yveos and real mother of Grayson. She is a Kuros/Light Dragon hybrid who’s 90% Kuros, 10% Light Dragon. She is a Shire with wings that are more like dragons such as Flashwing and Blackout. I have a headcanon that I thought best explains how dragon with these kind of wings fly. You can check my headcanons page to see it under “General.” Decided not to color her in because, like the other pics, I have no colored pencils. T-T

For her design, I decide on her wings because I was curious on what a Kuros would look like with them so I gave her blades for wings. I chose made her a Shire breed mainly for the fact that she has gold kuronium bones. Her markings, underbelly, rear frill, and inner part of her wings are a light lilac color. She has the Light Element Sign on her rear flank and has markings on her front legs. I also put her tail tip and front face on here as extra details.

Now here’s a summary about her: Taryn is a renowned and well respected doctor in Kurosia. Using her knowledge of the light to heal her people and save valued lives. However she wasn’t always this respect. When she was very young, she was often bullied by other Kuros for being an unimportant hybrid which were called “Mutts”. As she got older, she proved her worth to her people(Though some still call her a mutt *cough* Kurogh *cough*) by strengthening her light powers and specializing in Darkened Light and Hardlight. With this, she was able to become a remarkable healer and decided to study medicine and become a doctor. She even gained the liking and respect of Queen Athrenna who asked Taryn if she like to join her harem of females. At first she was reluctant to accept, but seeing as her mate, Yveos was often on expeditions, she decided that she’d tag along with Athrenna’s harem every now and then, making her an “Unofficial Member”. She later became friends and lovers with Muirgheal, one of the Queen’s closest females in the harem. Taryn also has a southern accent and dialect because she was raised in a southern mining colony. Instead of saying words like “think” or “hello” she’d say “reckon” or “howdy”. She’d even say typical southern things like “That thing smells worst that a dead skunk floating in a bayou”. She does however, know how to speak kurosian. Her accent makes it sound a little weird though.

I hope you guys like her. Remember she’s only a support character for backstory and such, because well… She’s dead.

This my first real attempt at drawing a dragon body and I think I did well. If you see this weirdie, you can use her in any posts that involves life before the fall and what she does if you want. I hope you like her. 😀
