The Arches of Adanbarinthen

‘The city of Kurosia was renowned for its obsidian spires and gleaming silver architecture, but among its most mystifying sights is The Arches. A single river snakes through the Kurosian capitol which is believed to have been carved out by the water goddess, Adanbarinthen, so that the Kuros may always find fresh water to renew their dark energy. At the mouth of the river, where it first enter the city, three great arches were built so that the citizens could gaze down at the dark depths of the river or swoop down from the great heights and dip into Araudan’sembrace.

Down below these great arches, at the rivers edge, Violk would wander. Searching for the perfect place to hear the echos of the city.’

I had an idea for a kind of a Gemstone Kuros.

A parasitic crystal, that infect the Kuronium of an Kuros. It can infect other animals but the Kuros are the most vulnerable.

 Maybe you can use it.

OOC : Oooh, this is creative! There aren’t any diseases or parasites yet, so this is really interesting to add to the lore!

Name: Nanaki Everstorm AKA Nanaki Volteervok

Age: 17 years

Background: The offspring of (in Skylanders) Feuriah and Volteer from a time when the Lost Queen had held Volteer in captivity before releasing him in a prisoner exchange. Nanaki was always considered weak and soft by other Kuros, save for his Mother and step-uncle Arrisha. When he came of age he fled Kurosia and, knowing that his sire and the other dragons of Warfang would not accept him, entered into the service of the Chronicler -hoping to one day reconcile both himself and all of his kin.

OOC : Okay I LOVED the commission I did with this char, and the backstory is really captivating. Just….wanna….boop….face….so bad ;u;

Name: Trathnona Grauel’ivel

Nickname(s): Feathers, Boss

Breed: Yinvaht

Element: Fire

Story:  Trathnona is the Alpha of the Ifrean a’Rugaht gang.  She is, without question, the strongest member of the group.  When Chonaic freed her, along with eleven other Kuros and around six eggs, she proved her dominance by tearing an Arkeyan to pieces.  Even in her young age she’s proven to be a very good leader to her group, and hopes to take up the status as Queen one day.  Well, only if the previous Queen isn’t still around, in which case she would happily serve her as a warlord or a knight.

Biologically she is Grauel Harbinger’s daughter; His DNA was used to create her, as he was ‘modified’ in the same lab as the Kuros cloning experiments (unknown to him.)  She has no idea who her mother was and chooses not to think about it, so she took her father’s name.  Trathnona a tough but fair leader and she isn’t ashamed to comfort the others in her group when the memories of the lab start surfacing, even if she herself is too proud to ask for help when she too needs it.

Personality: Gentle, spunky, calm, but she can be moody sometimes, but not always.

Wyvernz: And here’s Grayson. The kuros hatin’ kuros who says he’s fearless, but one little snake and he’s hanging from the ceiling. He also says he’s straight, but he’s a big liar and to think this guy is a captain of a warship. Well he is a great navigator. He’s a shire of the tech element. However, tech isn’t his natural element. If ya put this guy and Feuriah in a room together, it’ll be a bloodbath. Grayson absolutely hates his people and their culture, but not as his species. He’s perfectly fine being a kuros and with being friends with one. It’s hard to explain. His bio isn’t as great as Éimhear’s is and I’m thinking on fixing up a bit.

Wyvernz: Ok so this is Éimhear. Chief Engineer aboard Grayson’s Warship: The Last Centurion. She’s responsible for keeping everything on the ship running and she is very skilled in her trade; Being able to make microwave from a toaster. She’s an earth elemental fiosioc who also (if you didn’t find her hairstyle interesting enough) a mute, despite the fact that she can’t speak, she could always get her point across. 🙂 If you want a better idea of what she looks like and who she is, you can check out her bio. Anywho after the AWESOME Ms. Weirdie said how great my sculptures were, I decided to draw him out. This is Grayson’s real father, Yveos(Eve-e-us). He’s a life element Yinvaht who’s a scholar, professor,  archiver, curator of the Grand Kurosian Library & Museum, and member of The Fellowship of Scholars(A super secretive organization of the scholars, wise men, experienced warriors, Etc.). He personally knew Feuriah, Athrenna, Burdohk, and a lot of other kuros. Including that butthole, Kurogh, who he disliked greatly. He loved Voteil though. He’d always read him books and share a good laugh with the Seuth. Despite his loyalties to his people, he and his mate, Taryn, were madly in love and had to keep it a MASSIVE secret so to everyone else, They were just really close friends.

And there you have it. Yveos the Yinvaht! This isn’t a ref, it’s more of a summary of who he is and stuff. I’m still learning how to draw out dragon bodies better so only drew his head and with no color because I have no colored pencils. I really hope to do some stuff with him as I get this blog really rolling with asks and stuff, but for know he’s just there.
