Mike: Oh, Pariah, is that even your name? Well, I see that you’ve joined the ranks of the Undead–I got the feeling you’d be joining us soon–and I was wondering, how does it feel being a ghost?! Cold, ain’t it?

magic-retina-deactivated2017100:

Pariah: Ah, it is sweet, dear Mike come to see me at last! I’ve been looking forward to meeting you. Yes, the fall of Kurosia was a tragedy, but it was somewhat inevitable. I’ve been dead in various ways for quite some time before it became…official, so to say. To be honest, I was looking forward to it somewhat. I knew I would finally be able to fly this way, as would my beloved. A little cold is inconsequential when held against the whole of Skylands and so much other vastness.

((Mun: Dammit, Pariah! Stop referencing your alternate selves! Also, yes, you can ask any of my characters or characters in fandoms we both like whatever you want and I’ll answer if I’ve got a good one. 🙂 ))

(( OOC : EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE *explodes* I’m really liking this character omg OuO ))

razzretina:

Ghosts of Kurosia
If these two had names in life, nobody remembers them. The Pariah is a thin, wispy Seuth spirit whose lifetime powers of prophecy have expanded in death to allow her to see alternate realities, timelines, and futures. Her eternal lover, the Berserker, is a Brokt of impressive size who spends her afterlife guarding children and female warriors of any species she deems worthy of her protection. Both wander the lost city of Kurosia as well as the dreams/nightmares of the living when they choose to. Thanks to the Pariah’s Seuth gifts, their spirits are free to roam any realm they wish to visit, but both can most often be found haunting realms where their Lost Queen, Feuriah, can be found.

In Life

Berserker was always big and tough for her age. Clever and devious, she was always more than happy to let others believe she was a simple brute until it was far too late, using her wits to bring them down just as often as her strength. When she came of age, she managed to enter the mating fights on the side of the males. For whatever reason, one male challenged her and seemed to have won the right to sire her children until the Berserker rose from the arena floor in a fury and slammed her thick horns against his skull, killing him. Having not intended to kill anyone that day, she joined the army as a way to atone to her would-be suitor’s family. She learned how to consciously wield her vicious battle fury and earned the nickname “Berserker” for charging into all fights wearing no armor save a medallion made from the cracked, indented skull cap and knocked out teeth of her dead challenger. She never entered the breeding arena again nor did she bear any children of her own, but the Berserker was always kind to the young of her people. When she wasn’t fighting for the army, the Berserker was a skilled craftsdragon of Kurosian armor. Her ultimate dream in life was to protect her Queen. Whether that became a reality for her is unknown.

The Pariah was always almost too smart for her own good, using her wits to foment trouble and chaos anywhere she went. While she had a soft spot for the young or defenseless, she would go a long way to make it seem otherwise. She took especial delight in using her prophetic gifts to tear apart the relationships of anyone who had displeased her. Despite her penchant for being unlikable, the Pariah went through life without any scars or threats of bodily harm thanks to her gift for prophecy. She was very good at knowing when and how someone would die and got immense joy from revealing that information at the slightest provocation. A wanderer for most of her days, she settled down with the Berserker when it became clear that the Brokt was more than a match for her malicious wit. She made a living after that telling fortunes (and only speaking the bad ones if asked or if a client particularly annoyed her).

((You said I could do it, Weird, so here they are! XD I did not expect the Skylanders version of these two to be lesbian ghosts. 😀 If anything is way off for these stories, lemme know and I’ll fix it. 🙂 The Kuros belong to WeirdHyena.))

// OOC : OH MY JEBUS, A;SLKDFJ JEBUS JEBUS JEBUS JEBUS JEBUS THIS IS BOOTYFUL AND THE STORIES JUST Razz i love you so much ❤ I freakn love this so hard I can’t even. Creative, beautiful, AND A;LSKDFJ RAZZ YOU NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE ME

Lost Queen, I hear that Havok wears a set of Kurosian armour, but what would it have looked like on a actual Kurosian? Your son is bipedal, and is fairly humanoid in his physical build, so I’m kinda curious as to how it would look on an full Kurosian dragon, as well as the standard infantry (or legionaire of whatever you call the average soldier). ME IS INTERESTED. <3

Lost Queen : Every soldier has a unique set of amor usually built from the bones of their own family tree or at least re-worked family armor. A typical grunt’s armor looks like this for the most part. Petrified Darkness gems are carved from the Kurosian’s own darkness aura and set into their armor to help aide them in battle and enforce both their armor’s strength and the strength of their spells. Each Kurosian has a set of battle talons added to their own claws, and knives on their wings.

We had a handful of specialized squadrons, such as the Silverwings, which had armor of just bright Kuronium instead of the darkened like shown above.  The Silverwings had body types more fit for speed, therefor their armor often fit so closely on them they often appeared to have been painted on. We also had Titans, which were the more tank-built Kurosians that focused more on ground combat, and would often have crossbows or even guns attached to their shoulders.

*ahem* excuse me I’m rambling, but yes this is what our typical grunt soldiers looked like for the most part 😀
