What did the mark of betrayal look like?

Lost Queen : It wasn’t really something you could see, as auras are more often than not invisible. It was something you could feel more than see, though those very skillful of Aura Magics often said that the markings differ on how they were bestowed. Some said they looked like slash marks torn into one’s Aura, though most often said it simply left a void in the aura in the shape of the symbol of the Riaocht’Nol.

Those marked give off a very alarming, appalling, shocking feeling to Kuros near them. It’s an incredibly unique feeling that only the Riaocht’Nol give off.

You said that a Kuros can be banished for a betrayal or a sin. What did Kurosians see as an act of betrayal? Was romantic love also treated this way? And what is the word for an “outlaw” in Kuroian?

Lost Queen : There were quite a few things that could be seen as a betrayal. Going against our ways such as pursuing romantic love, murdering a fellow Kuros outside of the mating rites tournaments, fighting agains’t your people (switching sides to fight for good), the list goes on.

Those that were banished were known as Raiocht’Nol (Ray-Oct-Nall). It doesn’t quite translate to outlaw, but rather just a Kuros cursed with the Mark of Betrayal ( Comhith’Dol Raiocht).
