Viril done a little prank on Havok, Frostbite, Blue Burn, and Wolfborne, who he got them to mistake Wolfgang’s G-String for his older sister Whisper’s G-String *The girl that the four are into*. Viril actually swiped Wolfgang’s G-String when he was taking a shower. This sure creeped out the four guys huh?

From the desk of Asiirha Cnámhdubh:

Dear Feuriah,

Your king insisted I send all progress reports on your son’s intellectual growth to your study. I’m sure he’s already given you quite the attempted tongue lashing for my ‘attack on his behavior.’ I don’t think I need to tell you your mate is an idiot, but I thought I should tell you the short version of what I let Kurogh hear.

Voteil is a gift. He is a precious boy and should always be treated as such. The fact that Kurogh shows such blatant distaste and disgust that his first born is a Seuth is insulting to the honor of having a Seuth for a son; Kurogh should be ashamed, and I think that under his arrogant response to my tongue lashing, he was.

Voteil is healthy as ever, as you see when you do not leave him in my care. Again, I thank you for the privilege of allowing me to instruct the boy in politics, sciences and history when you have all of Kurosia’s finest scholars to choose from; I am humbled and surely, blessed by some god or another.

And despite Kurogh’s insistence that he is a ‘scrawny, no-good weakling,’ Voteil shows promise in physical combat training. He is far removed from the sickly, fearful whelp his sire assumes he is. The only perceived weakness Voteil might have is…well, how very potent and convincing his dreams are.

You and I both discussed this at length, but his dreams and night terrors are as frequent as ever. At first he didn’t want to tell me about his dreams; I think the lad wanted to impress me. But his demeanor and his obvious relation to yourself plus his razor sharp wit from our first meeting impressed me beyond words. He truly has no need for trying to prove himself to me; perhaps you should convey this to him, somehow. But back to the dreams.

They aren’t…troubling, persey. Not in the way one might think. He has of course, spelled out certain doom for some that have come to pass. Though their fates were well deserved, I’m sure you know of whom I speak. Traitorous bastards. Most of the time, however, his explanations and his immediate outcries when he wakes from his night terrors and dreams are sadly incoherent, even to me. He has spoken in certain tongues I do not understand, and when asked, he says he doesn’t know those languages. There is more to the nature of Seuth than either of us or the combined knowledge of all our libraries can tell, though I will work with the lad to try and form new studies that might help future generations understand.

…’Riah, I must confess this. You have asked in the past why Roxandara and I have yet to have a clutch…and I told you a lie. Roxandara doesn’t want children; we aren’t waiting; and on top of all of that, one of us (or both) is sterile. Our mating is not a happy one, as you have seen; we blame each other for our inability to produce young. I fear that I shall never have a clutch, not unless myself or Roxandara had outside help. And that will never come to pass; Roxandara is disgusted by all males of any species (besides Malefor), and she is fiercely protective of ‘her territory.’ Which is to say, she is fiercely protective and territorial of me. I so much as glance at another female and she’ll try to slap me senseless.

I bring this up because you must know…if I were ever to have a son, I would be the luckiest dragon in all of creation if he was half as good and precious as your Voteil is. You are so very lucky to have him. And he is incredibly fortunate to have you.

Sincerely,
Your Friend, Asiirha

Gill Grunt and Fryno’s herm son, Hornscale hates the Kurosian specialties that are mostly made of the gillmen *His kind, but is a hybrid of since he’s also part rhinoceros like his father Fryno*, Mabu, griffin, and yeti dishes, and of course, they’re really sick, but to the Kurosian dragons like the Lost Queen, they’re not. Looks like Hornscale’s mom Gill Grunt, Slam Bam, Sonic Boom, Flynn, Cali, and Hugo won’t like those Kurosian dishes at all either.

OOC : LMFAO THIS IS BEAUTIFUL X,D eeeeeee I can’t get over how adorable Feur looks in your style hon! Oh Feur, you evil butt xD

OOC : I actually really liked how the doodle came out, so after finishing the flats for a commission, I decided to give this pic a shading job. The Queen’s described Kruta already, but I went ahead and made a little character description for him ^u^ enjoy!

Name : Kruta Bur’vok
Age : 87 (at time of death)
Breed : Yinvaht Kuros, “Feathered Kuros”
Family : Youngest son of King Burdohk and Queen Athrenna
Ideal Voice Actor : BD Wong, “Shang from Mulan”

Abilities : Wind. Kruta’s abilities were sandstorms, or dust storms. Using his wings to create gusts of wind that consisted of stinging sand, or blinding dust. While he was formidable in combat, Kruta preferred his studies than actual fighting.

Personality : Calm and collected, but easily agitated. Kruta was known to be a book-worm, studying war tactics with dreams of becoming a professor. While being the son of the King and Queen, Kruta was not known to boast about his bloodline. He was respectful unless his intelligence was demeaned.

History : Kruta was born in a large clutch to Queen Athrenna and King Burdohk. He was the youngest male to hatch, and was often picked on by his older siblings. So much so, that his eldest sister got too rough during a skirmish and bit off his toe… and ate it. However, Kruta didn’t allow the bullying to bother him, and as he grew he learned to use his smarts to benefit his people.

As he enters the colleges, he ends up meeting Feuriah, a female Kuros bent on becoming the next Queen. Quickly, the two became friends, as he grew to respect that she wished to learn how to be the best Queen by going the hardest route; decades of schooling and training, instead of simply trying to grow stronger to kill the Queen and take her place. The two work together to study, often found sparring and testing each other.

But, the fateful day came when Kruta and Feuriah are recruited into their first real battle. The two were put in the same squad, even flying beside each other, when Kruta was struck by a missile from the enemy, decapitating him.

Facts

  • Kruta was not the romantic type openly (of course, true romance as described in other cultures was not the same as Kurosian romance); however, his guilty pleasure was reading romance novels
  • Kruta had a heavy dislike of the Silverwings, mostly assuming that they were more meat-heads than intelligent warriors. While he was friends with Raigur’Ja, the two fought more than were friends
  • Kruta was very close with his mother, often telling her of Feuriah’s progress
  • If love was more acceptable in Kurosian culture, Feuriah and Kruta would have fallen in love, and possibly would have become mates. Instead, the two become Mjol and Mjia, the Kurosian equivalent of a boyfriend and girlfriend.
  • Kruta’s speech was very articulate
  • Favorite food was the same as Feuriah’s, which was seafood. Crawfish in particular
  • Kruta didn’t care for children. He was willing to have some as per tradition in the culture, but did not want any part of raising children. He didn’t dislike them, he simply had little interest. Instead, he enjoyed educating adult Kuros.
  • Kruta was deathly afraid of Uka, Kuros-eating bat creatures that lived in the mountains surrounding their city. In turn, he was also fearful of bats.
  • For the life of him, Kruta could not tell jokes. He’d always mess up the delivery

Arkeyan Spyro: ” I know how you feel for the lost of your dear Kaos but Isn’t your Race know for Revenge? Go and take this traptanium with you and Capture there Portalmaster.”

the arkeyans plans are almost complete and the awaking well happen just need to get that blasted PortalMaster Dusty out of the way. Kaos has kept them busy enough they just need a new distraction.

OOC : So, a while ago I wanted to do a comic for the events of Trap Team, Weirdlanderized of course. A LOT goes down, and it would make more sense for me to just do it all as a comic, but lawd I do not have a good record for doing lengthy comics. I still hold out hope that maybe I could do it, but I’ve also wanted to do a billion other comics for this blog (I have a storyboard for the prologue of Headshot’s origin story done that might never come to light, same with the Awakened comic I was doing a year ago for the Lost Queen’s origin).

BUT whilst I was starting to flesh out the idea of the comic, I went ahead and made a logo for it. There’s a doodled comic over too that I never got around to finishing, but hey if the comic does become a thing, even roughed, I’ll post it.

I might use this logo for posts that are directly related to the Trap Team events. Really liked how it turned out!

Lost Queen : Yes… yes, we did. But it was one that I, personally, did not believe in.

As the centuries flew by, more and more of our people were killed. Some out of fear, others for our rare metal bones. Nonetheless, my people grew more nervous about our own end.

We were the legendary Kuros, black dragons born from the purest of darkness to serve the high purpose of keeping the eternal balance of good and evil intact. And yet, we were slowly being eliminated.

Eventually, only the great city of Kurosin’Laidirlon was left.

It made my people scared, to say the least. We grew desperate, begging our gods to help. They listened, and all protected our great and powerful city. They promised us a savior, a dragon of purple, to save the Kuros from extinction.

We were aware of the purple dragons of legend, and so, our people prophisized that a purple dragon will oen day come to us, and save us. Not just save us, but they would lead us to victory over those who had killed us, and immerse their land into eternal darkness for their crimes agains’t the balance.

By the time I joined my people as a child, this prophecy was already three centuries old. Growing up, this prophecy… felt odd to me. It had an eerie ring to it, a bad feeling that nobody else seemed to feel would make my very bones grow cold. But, I kept this to myself.

Then, the day came when he appeared.

I was Queen, and I was with my first clutch when that damned purple bastard appeared from the Veil. Oh how my city rejoiced, our savior of legend was here to deliver us from certain death. Nobody was as taken with him than my King, Kurogh. He welcomed him to our city and praised him as a God, and our people worshipped him. All, but me.

Right from the start, I knew his true intentions. He did not care for my people. We were a means to an end, tools for his own goals. He was not sent by our gods, but our gods were… eerily silent about him. Almost as if they could do nothing about him. So I took it upon myself to save my people from his wrath.

that bastard, that honorless, selfish demon…

was Malefor.
